What is the Rite of Passage?
It is a 2-day, one-night father–son camp at Brawler Creek Ranch in Elkton, FL. Over two days, fathers and sons train in weapon safety and shooting, learn basic combatives, sit under biblical-manhood discipleship, and go on a guided gator hunt — culminating with each dad presenting his son a knife. It is the flagship offering from Mike Dragich and Blue Collar Brawler.
Who is it for, and what ages?
One father (or father figure) and one son per pair — the whole point is one-on-one time. We run separate camps by age bracket: roughly 6–10, 10–14, and 14–18. When you reserve, you pick the camp date that matches your son's age.
How much does it cost and what holds my spot?
Camps are $1,950 on a weekday and $2,500 on a weekend, per father–son pair. A $50 deposit holds your spot; the remaining balance is handled directly with our crew before camp.
How many spots are there?
Each camp is capped at 6 father–son pairs. When all 6 spots are claimed, the camp shows as full and closes to new bookings. Reserve early — they fill up.
What's included?
All meals and drinks, one night of lodging, and all equipment. You also get a Rite of Passage certificate, a hat and shirt for each of you, a devotional/journal, and a photo sent home to mom. The remaining balance covers the full experience; the bigger-gator upgrade is the only optional add-on.
What happens after I pay the deposit?
Your spot is held the moment your deposit clears and you get a confirmation email. We'll also send a 'what to bring' guide and a waiver to sign ahead of time so your camp days are all about you and your son.
